But they got the story wrong, and it's not the first time. Eugenie Brazier, an all but forgotten female chef held that record since 1933. When social media erupts with criticism, rookie Times writer Ali Boudreaux dives headfirst into a time-traveling voyage with a mysterious companion she's just met, determined to right the wrongs of history.
